MDS New England makes it easy for you by providing one toll free dial-in number for you to use for all your conference calls. With Ready-to-Meet, you and up to 40 participants can begin a conference at a moment's notice. Just pick up the phone and dial! Think of it as your own private "conference room" whenever you need it.

Ready-to-Meet is an easy-to-use service that provides a high degree of meeting control and security. As the conference host, you are provided a unique passcode that allows you to start the conference. If your participants join first, they will hear music until you join the conference. Once the conference begins, you have several options for managing the call using simple touch-tone prompts. For example, you can play back a voice roster of all meeting participants. If desired, you can place your participants in a "Lecture" mode, which mutes their individual conference lines. You can also access an outside line to dial additional participants and bring them into the conference. As with all of our audioconferencing services, a conference coordinator is available to assist you and your participants throughout your meeting at the touch of a telephone keypad.

Getting started...

Contact MDS New England toll free at 1-800-777-8964 to subscribe to this service. You will receive a permanent, toll-free, dial-in phone number for your conference calls as well as passcodes for both you (as host) and your participants. Notify your participants of the conference date and time as well as the dial-in number and passcode. At the designated conference time, simply call into your meeting. It's that simple!
